Starlite Recovery Center's 13,200 square-foot, 32-bed cottage balances a homelike setting with numerous safety benefits, including the visual control of corridors provided by a central station. Demonstrating our ability to quickly adapt to change, after the facility was already under construction, the hospital identified a need to provide for a higher-acuity population than originally planned, meaning considerably ramped up safety requirements. Without missing a beat, we made the necessary changes to provide for a full anti-ligature design, as well as full building lock-down capabilities.
